Given a cruelty-free ethos, LUSH is creating new pet/animal products – dog shampoo – to raise awareness about animal shelters and stray animals. We are partnering with Best Friend Animal Society to operate LUSH Paws Funding, a campaign to gather funds to build a new lifesaving center in San Francisco, as well as to raise awareness for shelters and stray animals for the good of the community.

As a community and business that values the ethical treatment of all living beings, we have seen the pressing need for support in animal welfare. LUSH believed shelter and treatments need shelter and care, particularly for dogs and cats. Therefore, to address this, we aim to leverage our brand and customer base to generate money to construct the largest animal refuge in California.

With the establishment of Best Friends Animal Society in southern Utah in 1984, they started their lifesaving mission. From then on, efforts to preserve the lives of strays have taken root across the nation, such as Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, New York City, and more are still growing.
